The Springboard Center and Texas Tech Physicians of the Permian basin have partnered together to enhance the knowledge and education in the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction. Dr. Dennis Shaughnessy, MD and Dr. Shailesh Jain, MD join together for this unique collaboration to offer medical students the opportunity to gain insight into medical detoxification and addiction behavioral health. The Springboard Center hopes to share substance abuse awareness with the future medical professionals of the Permian Basin.
