- A 30-day supply of prescribed medications (in your name only)
- Personal toiletries (must be non-aerosol; alcohol-free mouthwash only)
- Seven (7) changes of casual, comfortable clothes (washer, dryer, and detergent provided)
- Closed-toed shoes and socks
- Insurance card and photo ID
- Cash only – We recommend bringing no more than $100 (you are only able to carry $20 at a time)
- An open mind
WHAT NOT TO BRING
- Items containing alcohol, drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Guns, knives or weapons of any sort
- Pornography or any sexually explicit materials
- Items depicting or promoting alcohol or other drug use
- Inappropriate clothing (offensive graphics or language, sleeveless tops, navel or midriff-revealing, skin-tight, low-riding shorts and/or pants)
- Non-prescription medications (including samples)
- Candles or incense
- iPod or radio
- Computer, cell phone, tablet, pager or any electronic devices
- Electrical appliances (EXCEPT electric razors, hairdryers, hair straighteners, curling iron or electronic toothbrushes)
- Outside food/anything consumable
- Stuffed Animals
- Glass picture frames
- No glass vases with you/or delivered by a florist
ALLOWED CLOTHING ITEMS
- 7 pairs of pants or shorts (4-inch inseam on the shorts)
- 10 shirts or blouses
- 3 sets of workout clothing (shorts/shirts/sports bras)
- 7 pairs of underwear
- 7 pairs of socks
- 7 bras
- 3 sets of pajamas
- 1 heavy jacket
- 1 light hoody
- 2 sweaters or sweatshirts
- 4 pairs of shoes (boots, house shoes, flip flops, etc…)
- 2 hats
- 1 belt
- 1 pillow
- 1 throw blanket
- 1 Comb/brush
ALLOWED MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
- 1 bottle of shampoo
- 1 bottle of conditioner
- 3 hair care products (non-aerosol)
- 1 tube of toothpaste
- 1 toothbrush
- 1 bottle of mouthwash (non-alcohol)
- 10 makeup items (lipstick, eyeliner, base, eyeshadow, etc…)
- 1 razor or 1 package of disposable razors or an electric razor
- 1 bottle of shaving cream
- 1 bottle of lotion
- Blow-dryer or curling iron or flat iron
- Nail clippers, emery board (non-metal)
- 5 pieces of jewelry (we are not responsible for any lost items)
- Small Fan
